Ingredients

8 Manicotti shells, cooked & drained
1/2 Pound ground beef
1/2 Cup onion, chopped
1 Teaspoon salt
1 Garlic clove, minced
1 Tablespoon parsley
1/4 Teaspoon basil
1/4 Teaspoon oregano
1 Egg, slightly beaten
2 Cups ricotta cheese
1/3 Cup grated parmesan
1 (8 oz) Can tomato sauce
1 Cup grated mozzarella cheese

Instructions

Mix beef, onion, salt, garlic, parsley, basil & oregano. Cook and drain. Mix egg, ricotta cheese and parmesan cheese. Add to beef mixture. Fill the noodles with the mixture, place in a 13" x 9" baking dish. Pour tomato sauce over, cover. Cook 350�F for 30 minutes. Top with mozzarella cheese, cook another 5 minutes.
