Ingredients

1/2 (12 oz) Package Rotelle noodles
1/2 Cup water
1 Tablespoon olive oil
1 Tablespoon Wyler�s chicken bouillon
2 Cloves garlic, finely chopped
8 Roma tomatoes cut into quarters
1 Medium onion, cut into wedges
1/4 Cup fresh basil, chopped
Grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

Cook pasta per package directions and drain. Preheat oven to 400�F. In a small saucepan, combine water oil, bouillon and garlic; heat until bouillon dissolves. In a shallow baking pan, combine tomatoes, onion and bouillon mixture; stir gently. Bake 30 minutes or until vegetables are tender, stirring occasionally. Toss vegetables with Hot Rotelle and basil. Serve with Parmesan cheese.
