Ingredients
2 (10 oz) Bags frozen broccoli, cauliflower, carrots & zucchini, thawed & drained
1 (18 oz) Progresso Recipe Starters creamy three cheese cooking sauce
1/2 Cup chicken broth
1 Cup uncooked orzo pasta
20 Frozen cooked meatballs, about 1 1/2" diameter
Garnishes
Shredded Asiago or Parmesan cheese
Instructions
In a 12" nonstick skillet; heat vegetables, cooking sauce, 1/4 teaspoon salt, 1/8 teaspoon pepper and the broth to boiling. Stir in pasta and meatballs. Heat to boiling; reduce heat to low.
Cover and cook for 13 to 15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until most of the liquid has been absorbed and pasta is tender. Sprinkle with cheese.
