Ingredients
6 Ounces pasta
2/3 Cup four cheese blend shredded cheese
2/3 Cup fat free ricotta cheese
3 Ounces chopped Canadian bacon
1/8 Teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
Cook pasta in salted water according to package directions. Drain; return to pot. In small bowl combine shredded cheese and ricotta; fold into pasta. Add bacon and pepper; toss to combine. Heat until cheese is melted, about 2 minutes.
