Ingredients
1 Pound ground beef
1 Cup chopped onion
1 (14 1/2 oz) Can stewed tomatoes
1 Cup elbow macaroni
1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
In a Large skillet brown meat & onion and drain. Add tomatoes and 1 cup of water; bring to a boil. Stir in macaroni, cover and simmer until done stirring occasionally. Stir in cheese and mix gently.
