Ingredients

1 (4 to 5 lb) roaster
Salt to taste
Freshly ground pepper to taste
2 Tablespoons onion, grated
1/2 Cup plain dry bread crumbs
2 Tablespoons butter, softened
1 (10 oz) Package frozen chopped spinach, thawed & well drained
Paprika

Instructions

Remove giblets. Wash roaster inside and out; pat dry. Season inside and out with salt & pepper. In a bowl, combine spinach, onion and bread crumbs. Season to taste with salt & pepper. Stuff roaster; tie legs together and fold wings back. Rub butter over entire roaster and sprinkle lightly with paprika. Roast at 350F for 20 to 25 minutes basting with pan juices.
