Ingredients
1 (11 1/2 ounce) Package frozen potatoes au gratin, defrosted*
4 Strips bacon cooked, drained & crumbled
3 large eggs, lightly beaten
1/3 Cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/8 Cup chopped green onions
Instructions
* Defrost potatoes au gratin in microwave on medium for 5 to 6 minutes.
Preheat oven to 350�F. Combine potatoes au gratin, bacon, eggs, cheese and green onions in a large bowl; transfer to 8-inch-square baking pan. Bake for 40 to 45 minutes or until knife inserted near center comes out clean. Season with ground black pepper to taste and serve.
