Ingredients

12 Beef bouillon cubes (or 4 tbsp. granules)
4 Teaspoons onion powder
2 Teaspoons parsley
1/4 Teaspoon black pepper
1/4 Teaspoon garlic powder
4 Tablespoons cornstarch

Instructions

Place all of the above ingredients in a blender or food processor and mix until mixture turns into a fine powder. Store in an airtight jar or Ziploc bag.
To prepare the au jus, mix 4 1/2 teaspoons of the au jus mix with 2 cups water and heat in a medium sauce pan for about 15 minutes until heated and slightly thickened. Serve.
