Ingredients
1/4 Cup brown sugar
1/4 Cup Paprika
2 Tablespoons coarse salt (sea or kosher)
2 Tablespoons black pepper
1 Tablespoon cayenne pepper
4 Teaspoons cumin
2 Teaspoons dry mustard
2 Teaspoons onion powder
2 Teaspoons garlic powder
2 Teaspoons thyme powder
2 Teaspoons sage
2 Teaspoons coriander powder
Instructions
Rub the mixture on the pork chops liberally.
Wrap meat in plastic wrap, or a covered glass/plastic container, and place in the refrigerator for 2 to 48 hours. The longer the better!
