Pork Rib Rub

2 Tablespoons kosher salt
1 Teaspoon coarse black pepper
1 Tablespoon cumin powder
1 Tablespoon chili powder
2 Tablespoons smoked paprika
1 Tablespoon sweet paprika
1 Tablespoon garlic powder, or granulated garlic
1 Tablespoon onion powder
2 Tablespoons brown sugar
1 Teaspoon cayenne pepper

Add all spices to a container with a lid (I use a mason jar) and shake well to mix.
Store with lid closed in a cool dry place.
