Ingredients

6 Chicken thighs
5 Tablespoons soy sauce
2 Garlic cloves
2 Tablespoons brown sugar
5 Tablespoons teriyaki marinade & sauce
1/2 Teaspoon fresh ginger, finely chopped
Fresh ground pepper
Salt

Instructions

Mix all ingredients except chicken and pour over the chicken. Leave for 2-3 days turning the chicken at least 2 times per day, then cook over a hot plate or sling it on the BBQ.
