Ingredients

2 Garlic cloves, crushed
1 Tablespoon ground coriander seed
1 Tablespoon ground black pepper
1 Tablespoon brown sugar
3 Tablespoons soy sauce

Instructions

In a self-sealing bag, combine all ingredients well. Add 4 pork chops, seal and refrigerate overnight. Grill or broil. Discard marinade after use.
This marinade is also good for tenderloin or small roasts. Marinating overnight is ideal, but even 2 hours of marinating prior to cooking imparts flavor, as well.
