Ingredients

2 (12 oz) Cans beer
1 Tablespoon prepared horseradish
2 Teaspoon salt
1 Teaspoon onion powder
1/2 Cup olive oil
2 Tablespoon lemon juice
1 Teaspoon ground cayenne pepper
1 Teaspoon garlic powder
1 Tablespoon wine vinegar

Instructions

Mix all ingredients together and use as a marinade. Save some unused marinade on the side for use as a basting sauce while the meat cooks.
