Ingredients
3 Tablespoons butter
1 Cup mushrooms, sliced
5 Tablespoons flour
1 1/4 Cup milk
Salt
Pepper
1 Teaspoon soy sauce
Instructions
Saut� the mushrooms in half the butter for about 5 minutes. In another pan, heat the remaining butter and blend with flour. Stir in the milk and seasonings. Cook until the mixture becomes thick. Stir constantly. Add the mushrooms.
