Ingredients
1 Box au gratin potatoes
2 1/4 Cups boiling water
2/3 Cup milk
1/2 Pound ground beef, cooked & drained
1 Cup cheddar cheese, shredded
1 Cup tortilla chips, coarsely broken
Instructions
Heat oven to 400F. Stir potatoes, sauce mix, water and milk together in an un-greased 2 quart round casserole dish. Stir in ground beef and 1/2 cup cheese. Bake uncovered about 30 minutes. Sprinkle chips over casserole. Sprinkle remaining cheese over chips. Bake 3-5 minutes longer until the cheese is melted. Let stand a few minutes.
