Ingredients

6 Beef Franks cut into 1/2" pieces
1 Onion, chopped
1 (15 oz) Can black beans, drained
1 (15.25 oz) Can whole kernel corn, drained
1 (16 oz) Jar salsa
3 Cups chicken broth
2 Teaspoons chili powder
Optional toppings
Shredded cheddar cheese
Crushed tortilla chips
Sour cream

Instructions

Combine all remaining ingredients except for toppings. Bring to a boil; cover and reduce heat to medium-low. Cook for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Top each serving with shredded cheese, crushed tortilla chips and sour cream, if desired.
