Ingredients
4 Cups chicken broth
2 1/4 Teaspoons soy sauce
1/4 Teaspoon ground ginger
3 Eggs, beaten
Pinch white pepper
1/4 Cup chopped green onions
Instructions
Add the broth, soy sauce, and ginger to a medium pot. Whisk everything together to evenly combine.
Very slowly pour in the eggs and whisk constantly in a single direction until all the eggs have been added, stir in the white pepper.
Ladle the hot soup into bowls, and serve topped with chopped green onions.
