Ingredients

1 Pound bulk sausage
6 Eggs
2 Cups milk
1 Cup grated cheddar cheese
1 Teaspoon salt
1 Teaspoon dry mustard
2 Slices bread, cubed

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350F.
Brown and drain sausage.
Beat eggs with milk, salt, and mustard.
Layer bread on bottom of buttered casserole, sprinkle sausage, top with cheese.
Pour egg mixture over all and bake in preheated oven for 30 to 40 minutes or until top is browned.
This may be doubled.
