Ingredients

1 (3 oz) Package cream cheese, softened
1/4 Cup mayonnaise
1/2 Teaspoon salt
1/8 Teaspoon Pepper
1/4 Cup green or red pepper, finely chopped
1/4 Cup celery, finely chopped
1/4 Cup sweet pickle relish
1 Teaspoon dried dill
2 Tablespoons fresh parsley, minced
8 Hard-boiled eggs, chopped

Instructions

In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, mayonnaise, salt and pepper until smooth. Add green or red pepper, celery, relish, dill and parsley. Fold in eggs. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
