Ingredients

1 Pound ground beef
1 Egg
1 Tablespoon parsley, chopped
1 Cup rice, uncooked
1 Tablespoon onion, minced
Salt & pepper to taste
1 (10 3/4 oz) Can tomato or cream of mushroom soup
1 Cup water

Instructions

Mix all ingredients except soup & water together and shape into balls. Cover with 1 can of soup mixed with 1 cup of water. (You can use either tomato or cream of mushroom soup). Bake in covered casserole at low temperature for 1 1/2 hours.
