Ingredients

1 Cup cottage cheese
1/3 Cup mayonnaise
1 (10 1/2 ounce) Package frozen chopped spinach
1/4 Cup grated onion
2 Teaspoon dried dill seed

Instructions

Place all ingredients in a blender and process until smooth. Serve well chilled.
Makes 1 3/4 Cup
