Ingredients
1 Pound bulk pork, beef or turkey sausage
1 Small onion, chopped
1/4 Cup green pepper, chopped
3 Medium tomatoes, chopped
1 (4 oz) Can chopped green chilies
1 (8 oz) Package cream cheese, cubed
2 (16 oz) Cup sour cream
Tortilla chips
Instructions
In a large skillet, cook sausage, onions & green pepper over medium heat until meat is done, drain. Stir in tomatoes and chilies. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add cream cheese; stir until melted. Stir in sour cream. Transfer to a fondue pot and keep warm. Serve with tortilla chips.
