Ingredients
1 (8 oz) Package cream cheese
1/2 Cup mayonnaise
2 Tablespoons ketchup
1 Tablespoon relish
2 Cups grated Swiss cheese
4 Ounces sliced corned beef, chopped
1/2 Cup sauerkraut, rinsed, drained and chopped
1/4 Cup chives, chopped
Pumpernickel bread
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375�F. Combine first 4 ingredients in a blender, puree until smooth, transfer to a bowl. Stir in cheese, corned beef, sauerkraut, and chives. Spread dip in a baking dish, bake until browned, about 15 minutes. Serve with bread.
