Ingredients
1 Cup sour cream
1 (8 oz) Package cream cheese, softened
1/4 Cup pitted ripe olives, chopped
2 Cups pepper Jack cheese, shredded
1 (2 oz) Jar diced pimiento, drained
1 Tablespoon green onion, sliced
Tortilla chips
Instructions
Combine sour cream and cream cheese in small bowl. Beat at medium speed, scraping bowl often, until smooth. Stir in all remaining ingredients except tortilla chips by hand. Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours. Serve with tortilla chips.
Yields 3 cups
