Ingredients
2 Small jars dried beef, rinsed & finely chopped
8 Ounces cream cheese, softened
1 1/2 Cups cheddar cheese, finely shredded
1/2 Cup Dr. Pepper
3 Teaspoons lemon juice
1/2 Teaspoon minced garlic
1/8 Teaspoon crushed dried red pepper
Chopped pecans for garnish, optional
Instructions
In medium mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add remaining ingredients, except pecans. Refrigerate several hours or overnight. Garnish with pecans, if desired. Serve with assorted crackers.
