Ingredients

1/2 Pound ground beef
1/2 Pound pork sausage
1 Tablespoon flour
1/2 Can cream of mushroom soup
1 (8oz) Can diced tomatoes, undrained
1/2 Onion, chopped
1/2 Teaspoon garlic powder
1 Pound Velveeta cheese, cubed
Tortilla chips

Instructions

In a saucepan cook beef and sausage over medium heat until no longer pink; drain. Sprinkle with flour. Add soup, tomatoes, onion and garlic powder; mix well. Bring to a boil. Cook and stir 2 minutes or until thickened. Reduce heat. Stir in cheese until melted. Serve with chips.
