Ingredients

1 Pound ground beef, browned & drained
1 Onion, chopped fine
1 Green pepper, chopped fine
1 Package chili seasoning mix
1 (6 oz) Can tomato paste
1 Can water (3/4 cup)
3 Ounces cream cheese

Instructions

Mix all ingredients together; heat until cheese is melted. Bake in casserole dish or crockpot until hot.
