Ingredients

8 Slices bacon, diced, fried & drained
1 (8 oz) Package cream cheese, softened & cubed
2 Cups cheddar cheese, shredded
1/2 Cup half & half
1 Teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
1/2 Teaspoon dried minced onion
1/4 Teaspoon dry mustard
1/4 Teaspoon salt
Dash hot sauce

Instructions

Put all ingredients in the crockpot and cook on Low, stirring occasionally until cheese melts, about 1 hour. Taste and adjust seasonings, add bacon, and keep warm to serve. Serve with cubed or sliced French bread.
