Ingredients
1 Large ripe avocado, mashed
1/2 Pound bacon, crisply cooked & crumbled
1 to 2 Green onions, chopped
3 Tablespoons sour cram
1 Teaspoon lemon juice
Salt
Pepper to taste
1/2 Tomato, seeded & chopped
Instructions
Mix ingredients and serve in lettuce cups for salad or with corn chips as a dip. Refrigerate with avocado pit to prevent discoloration.
Makes about 1 pint
