Ingredients

4 Boneless pork chops
1 Onion, sliced
4 Potatoes, sliced
1 Can green beans, drained
1 Can whole kernel corn, drained
1 Can cream of chicken soup
1 Cup sour cream
1/2 Teaspoon garlic powder
Salt & pepper to taste
1 Tube Ritz crackers
1/2 Cup butter

Instructions

Trim all fat from pork chops and cut into strips.
Mix all ingredients together except the crackers and butter, pour into a 9" X 13" Baking dish.
Bake 1 hour in a preheated 375F oven.
Crush crackers, pour melted butter over them. Remove casserole from the oven and top with cracker crumbs. Return to oven until cracker crumbs are Browned.
Note: You could do this in your crockpot as well. And simply omit the crumb topping if desired. I would cook it on LOW for about 4 to 6 hours.
