Ingredients
1 (3 pound) Frying chicken, cut into serving pieces
1 Teaspoon fresh ground pepper
1/2 Tablespoon grated fresh gingerroot
1 Cup (2 sticks) butter at room temperature
1 1/2 Pints plain yogurt
Instructions
Mix pepper and ginger and rub on chicken peaces. Over medium heat, cook chicken in 1/2 cup of butter turning often until chicken is brown and tender. Then blend remaining butter and yogurt and spoon over chicken. Reduce heat and simmer until sauce is heated through.
