Ingredients
2 Tablespoons butter
2 Chicken thighs, boneless, skinless, cooked & thinly sliced
1/2 Cup mushrooms, sliced
1/4 Cup green onions, diced
1/8 Cup sundried tomatoes, sliced
Alfredo sauce (made from your favorite recipe or from a jar)
1/4 Cup grated Romano cheese
1 Can artichoke hearts, drained & chopped
Cayenne pepper to taste
Bowtie pasta, cooked
Instructions
In large fry pan melt butter; saut� chicken, mushrooms, green onions, and sundried tomatoes until hot. Add Alfredo sauce and Romano cheese. Simmer until chicken is cooked through. Add cayenne pepper to taste. Serve over bowtie pasta.
