Ingredients
4 Chicken breasts
1 (16ounce) Carton of sour cream
1 (16 ounce) Carton of plain yogurt
1 Tablespoon Steak Seasoning or Lawry's seasoned salt
1 Cube butter, melted
1-2 Tubes Ritz crackers
Instructions
Fillet the chicken breast in half making 2 fillets about 1/4 inch thick. Combine the sour cream and yogurt and mix in the steak seasoning or seasoned salt. Dip chicken into sour cream mixture, covering the chicken liberally, and then roll in crushed up crackers (make sure you get plenty of cracker crumbs on the chicken). Roll the chicken fillet up and place it on baking sheet or in a 9x13 baking dish. Sprinkle remaining crumbs and butter over chicken. Sprinkle with seasoned salt. Bake at 350 for about 1 hour uncovered or until the coating is nicely browned.
