Ingredients
1 Chicken, cut up
1 Stick margarine
1 Teaspoon garlic salt
Potato chips, crushed
Instructions
Melt margarine and blend in garlic salt. Dip the dry chicken in mixture, roll in potato chips and place on a foil covered cookie sheet. Bake at 350F for 1 hour or until juices run clear.
Note: Any flavor potato chips can be used.
