Ingredients

3 Pounds chicken pieces
2 Cups buttermilk
2 Cups flour
1 Teaspoon black pepper
1 Teaspoon paprika
1 Teaspoon garlic salt
1 Teaspoon dried parsley

Instructions

Pour buttermilk over chicken and soak overnight in fridge. The next day combine dry ingredients and blend well. Lift chicken pieces one at a time out of buttermilk and roll in flour mixture. Pat flour on to cover well. Repeat until all pieces are done. Fry in oil, drain on paper towels.
