Ingredients

1 Cup onion, diced
2 Garlic cloves, finely chopped
1 Tablespoon olive oil
3 Cups cooked chicken, diced
1 (1 1/4 oz) Package taco seasoning mix
2 (14 1/2 oz) Cans diced tomatoes, undrained
1 (15 oz) Can black beans or kidney beans, drained
1 (8 3/4 oz) Can whole kernel corn, drained
1 (4 oz) Can diced green chilies, drained
1 Cup chicken broth
1/2 Tablespoon cornstarch

Instructions

Cook onion and garlic in oil in large saucepan until tender. Add cooked chicken, taco seasoning, tomatoes, beans, corn and chilies. Blend broth and cornstarch; add to saucepan. Bring to a boil; reduce heat and simmer 15 minutes; stirring occasionally.
