Ingredients
1/2 Cup Italian dressing
2 Cups chicken broth
4 Chicken thighs, boneless, skinless
1 (15 oz) Can stewed tomatoes
2 Cups carrots or zucchini
1 Cup whole wheat macaroni
1 Tablespoon Parmesan cheese
Instructions
Heat the dressing in a skillet. Cut the chicken in bite-size pieces and place in skillet; cook for three to five minutes.
Add tomatoes, chicken broth and seasoning and boil for five minutes.
Add uncooked noodles and carrots; reduce heat and simmer for eight minutes.
Serve with Parmesan cheese.
