Ingredients
1 1/2 Cups mayonnaise
1 Teaspoon dry mustard
1 Tablespoon onion, minced
1 Pound chicken thighs, boneless, skinless, poached and cut into 1/2" strips
1/2 Cup seasoned breadcrumbs
1/4 Cup sesame seeds
2 Tablespoons honey
3 Teaspoons Dijon mustard
Instructions
Preheat oven to 425�F.
In a medium bowl, combine 1/2 cup of the mayonnaise, the dry mustard and the onion and mix to blend well.
Add chicken and toss to coat.
In a shallow bowl, toss breadcrumbs and sesame seeds to mix. Roll chicken strips in breadcrumbs to coat.
Place in a single layer on a baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes, until lightly browned and crisped.
Meanwhile, blend remaining 1 cup mayonnaise with honey and Dijon mustard for dipping.
