Ingredients
2 1/2 Pounds chicken, cut up
1/3 Cup honey
1/3 Cup Dijon mustard
2 Teaspoons fresh dill weed, diced or 1 teaspoon dried dill weed
1 Teaspoon grated orange peel
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400F. Line shallow baking pan with aluminum foil. Place chicken pieces on pan upside down.
Mix honey, mustard, dill weed and orange peel in small bowl. Brush mixture over chicken pieces. Turn chicken over. Gently peel back skin on each piece and brush with mixture. Brush tops of chicken with mixture.
Bake for 30 to 40 minutes or until juices run clear. For more added zest, include a teaspoon of orange marmalade to honey/mustard mixture.
