Preheat oven to 375�F.
Combine first six ingredients and rub over chicken, transfer to a greased 15" x 10" x 1" baking pan.
In a separate bowl combine the honey and vinegar.
Bake 25 to 30 minutes, basting with honey and vinegar during last 10 minutes of cooking time.
Cook until chicken is no longer pink and juices run clear.
