Ingredients

1 Egg
1/2 Cup milk
1 Sleeve saltine crackers, crushed fine
1 Teaspoon garlic powder
1 Tablespoon Italian seasoning
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, pounded thin and cut in half
Oil for frying
1 Package deli style thin sliced Mozzarella cheese
Parmesan cheese
Spaghetti sauce
Spaghetti noodles, cooked to package directions

Instructions

Mix the egg and milk together in a bowl and set aside. Mix the crushed crackers, garlic powder and Italian seasoning together in another bowl and set aside. Place oil in a medium skillet and turn onto medium heat. Dip 1/2 piece of chicken breast in the egg mixture and let it drip off, then dip into the cracker mixture. Lay flat in the skillet and 'fry' until it is light golden brown. Drain the chicken and place in the bottom of a casserole dish. Cover with half of the Mozzarella cheese. Now pour the spaghetti sauce over all of it. Sprinkle heavily with the Parmesan cheese, and top with the remaining Mozzarella cheese. Bake in a 350�F oven until the sauce is bubbly and the cheese is golden brown. Serve with spaghetti noodles and enjoy.
