Ingredients
1 (6 oz) Box chicken stuffing mix
1 Pound boneless, skinless chicken thighs, cut into 1" cubes
1 Can cream of chicken soup
1/3 Cup sour cream
1 (16 oz) Bag frozen veggies, thawed & drained
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400�F. Prepare stuffing as directed on package, set aside. Mix chicken, soup, sour cream, and veggies in a 9� x 13� pan. Top with stuffing. Bake 40 minutes or until chicken is done.
