Ingredients
1 Cup rice, uncooked
3 Chicken thighs, boneless & skinless
1 Can cream of chicken soup
1 Can cream of mushroom soup
2 Cans water (or white wine or sherry)
1 Package dry onion soup mix
1/2 Teaspoon paprika
Add any or all of the following
1 Large carrot, sliced in medium thick slices
1 Cup fresh green beans, cut into 1 inch pieces
1 Medium green pepper, chopped
1 Can corn, drained
Instructions
Place rice in bottom of crockpot. Pour water over rice. Mix canned soups and dry soup mix in a bowl, pour over top of rice then add chopped vegetables. Place chicken on top. Sprinkle with paprika. Cook on Low for 3 to 4 hours.
