Ingredients
1 Can cream of chicken soup
1 Soup can of water
1 (4 oz) Can diced green chilies
1 Tablespoon instant minced onions OR 1/4 Cup fresh chopped onion
6 Ounces tortilla chips
2 Cups chicken, cooked & diced
2 Large tomatoes, diced
1 Cup shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
Combine soup, water, chilies, and onion in a small bowl; stir to blend.
In a 2 quart casserole dish, layer 3 ounces of chips, chicken, and tomatoes, then top with 1/2 soup mixture and a layer of cheese; repeat layers using remainder of ingredients.
Bake at 350�F for 30 minutes.
