Ingredients

1 Pound chicken thighs, boneless, skinless
1/4 Cup olive oil
2 Teaspoons cumin
2 Teaspoons paprika
1 Teaspoon all spice
1 Teaspoon turmeric
1/4 Teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 Teaspoon cinnamon
Pinch of cayenne pepper
1/8 Teaspoon salt
1/8 Teaspoon black pepper
1 Tablespoon oil

Instructions

Cut the chicken into strips and place in a bowl.
Mix all the spices in the bowl with the chicken and marinate for 1 hour to overnight.
Stir fry until the chicken is cooked through.
Serve over steamed rice with garlic mayonnaise, vegetables or a salad.
