Ingredients
3 to 4 Chicken thighs, boneless, skinless
1 Teaspoon salt
1/4 Teaspoon pepper
1 Cup Sangria wine
1 (4 oz) Can mushrooms, drained
1 Onion peeled & sliced
3/4 Cup dried cranberries
3 to 4 Potatoes, halved
Instructions
Brown chicken breasts in cooker. Add all remaining ingredients to cooker and stir to mix. Cook at high pressure for 10 minutes. Use rapid pressure release.
Spoon cooking sauce over potatoes and chicken. May thicken if desired.
