Ingredients
4 Chicken thighs, boneless, skinless
3 Potatoes, peeled & quartered
1 Small can stewed tomatoes
1/2 Cup parmesan cheese
1/2 Cup water
A dash of salt, to taste
A dash of pepper, to taste
A dash of celery salt, to taste
A dash of oregano, to taste
A dash of garlic, to taste
Instructions
Preheat oven to 425�F.
Mix together in roasting pan. Cover and bake at 425�F for 40 minutes or until done.
