Ingredients
2 1/2 Pounds chicken, cubed
48 Ounces chicken broth
1 (16 oz) Can green beans, drained
1 (6 oz) Can tomato paste
1 Cup small shell macaroni, uncooked
1 Teaspoon dried basil
Instructions
In a large pot, over medium high heat, bring chicken and broth to a boil. Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 25 minutes or until chicken is tender. Remove chicken, cool slightly. Add remaining ingredients to broth. Heat to a boil, reduce heat, cover and simmer for 20 minutes or until macaroni is tender. Add chicken back to soup and cook another 10 to 15 minutes.
