Ingredients
8 Ounces spaghetti or linguine noodles
1 Cup broccoli flowerets, chopped
4 Tablespoons butter
1 Pound chicken thighs, boneless, skinless, cubed
1 Can cream of mushroom soup
1 (4 oz) Can mushrooms, drained
1/2 Cup milk
1/2 Cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 Teaspoon black pepper
3 Large garlic cloves, finely chopped
Instructions
Cook noodles per package directions, add broccoli during last 4 minutes of cooking time.
Melt butter in skillet, add chicken and garlic and cook until browned stirring often.
Add soup, milk, cheese, mushrooms, pepper, drained noodles and broccoli. Heat through and serve with additional Parmesan cheese.
