Ingredients
5 to 6 Chicken breasts thighs, boneless, skinless
1/4 Cup margarine
1 Cup self-rising flour
1 Cup milk
1 Can cream of chicken soup
2 Cups chicken broth
Instructions
Boil chicken until done. Remove chicken breasts from broth and set on plate to cool. Save broth.
Melt margarine and pour into 9" x 13" baking pan. Tear chicken breasts into pieces and layer on top of margarine. Mix flour and milk; pour over chicken. Mix soup and chicken broth; pour over chicken. Do not stir.
Bake at 400�F for 30 minutes, or until top is brown.
